SKA Digital LLC sells SKA Jewelry on skadigitalstudio.com. This notice covers the shop. It is separate from the studio site’s other services.

What we receive

Checkout is a Stripe Payment Link. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, and processes the payment. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe sends us the order so we can ship it.

If you email us, we keep that message so we can reply.

How we use it

We use it to take payment, to send the order to our partner supplier, to email you a tracking number, and to answer you. We share your name, shipping address, phone, and email with the supplier who ships the parcel, and with Stripe. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

The shop stores your language choice in a cookie so the next visit can remember it. It also stores a first-party visit id and the link that brought you, such as an Instagram video tag, so we can see which visits become orders. Those measurements stay on our server. We do not use a third-party analytics cookie. Advertising cookies from Meta load only if you allow them. The host may keep standard server logs, including IP address, to operate the site.

Your requests

Email us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may keep what the law requires for taxes and fraud prevention.
