These terms cover purchases from the SKA Jewelry shop. The seller is SKA Digital LLC, Wyoming, USA.

The pieces

The necklace is copper with a python print and a gold-tone lobster clasp. The gold color is a finish, not solid gold. Rings, when offered, are stainless steel with gold-tone or silver-tone plating, not solid gold or sterling silver. The product page is the description that governs the order.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. A set shows the sum of the single price crossed out. That figure is what the same number of necklaces would cost bought one at a time. Payment is taken by Stripe. The launch offer lasts until the date on the banner, then the banner disappears.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times and the country list are on the shipping page. Returns are on the refunds page. Both are part of these terms.

Law

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where a consumer law where you live requires otherwise.
